By accessing or using PDFCourt (“the Service”), operated by Aventheon LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
PDFCourt provides browser-based PDF tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, inserting pages, adding jump links and bookmarks, and other document management operations. Some features are available without an account; others require registration or a paid subscription.
You agree not to use PDFCourt to:
The PDFCourt name, logo, website design, and proprietary software are the property of Aventheon LLC. You retain full ownership of any documents you upload to or create with the Service. We claim no rights over your content.
When server-side processing is required, your files are uploaded over an encrypted connection and deleted immediately after the result is delivered. We do not guarantee that processing will be error-free. Always keep backup copies of your original documents.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventheon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aventheon LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aventheon LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
